We deliver mobile hygiene services that restore dignity while building trusted relationships and connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with housing, employment, healthcare, and community resources that create lasting opportunities for stability, independence, and hope.

 

Mobile Shower Units

We operate mobile shower units that restore dignity, improve health, and help people regain the confidence needed to pursue employment, attend medical appointments, meet with housing providers, and reconnect with family and their community.

Document Preparation Assistance

 

Identification Document Assistance is available to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as those recently released from jail or prison within the past three months. 

Comprehensive Housing Support Services

We help individuals experiencing homelessness find temporary and permanent housing by connecting them with housing resources, outreach partners, case management support, and community service providers.

Professional lumber and building material suppliers who donate dimensional wood—including 2x4s, 2x6s, 4x4s, and related framing materials—to support ongoing rebuilding and stabilization efforts.
Professional fleet and automotive partners who donate or sponsor heavy-duty service vehicles, including GMC Sierra 3500HD trucks with 4WD, crew cab configuration, and tow packages, to expand operational capacity in the field.

Professional development and fundraising partners who provide full-time grant writing and fundraising expertise to strengthen long-term sustainability and expand mission impact.

Workforce Upkeep & Hiring Pipeline

A reliable workforce pipeline providing pre-trained, highly skilled construction professionals specializing in tiny home construction, small-scale residential building, and disaster recovery projects. Every worker is field-tested, thoroughly vetted, and prepared to contribute from day one with hands-on experience in framing, finish carpentry, modular construction, site preparation, quality control, safety compliance, and team collaboration. This workforce solution reduces hiring delays, strengthens project continuity, supports long-term operational growth, and ensures consistent access to qualified talent for rebuilding and stabilization efforts.

Agency Referral Network

A trusted network of formal referral partnerships with healthcare providers, case managers, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, veterans’ services, and community-based social service organizations that connect individuals and families to our home stabilization, housing support, and recovery services at no cost. These collaborative relationships expand community access, streamline referrals, improve service coordination, reduce barriers to assistance, and ensure vulnerable households receive timely support, critical resources, and compassionate guidance while strengthening long-term housing stability and overall community resilience.

Fiscal Responsibility

Tax Status: Registered 501(c)(3) public charity committed to responsible stewardship, ethical governance, and financial accountability.

All charitable contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law and directly support mission-driven programs, community outreach, and housing initiatives.

Tiesha Anderson serves as Treasurer, overseeing financial stewardship, budgeting, and fiscal accountability.

Together with an independent Board of Directors, the leadership team provides strong governance, ethical oversight, strategic planning, and transparent decision-making to ensure the organization operates with integrity, accountability, sustainability, and unwavering commitment to its mission and the communities it serves.

Guided by strong values, integrity, and the belief that caring is sharing, she is dedicated to advancing the organization’s vision and building pathways that inspire hope, dignity, and positive change.

With over 20 years of experience in professional services, financial guidance, and community support, she brings leadership, resource development, and a passion for helping others overcome barriers.

As a licensed realtor, notary, and licensed life and health professional, she has built a reputation for providing trusted guidance, ethical service, and compassionate support to the communities she serves.

With a focus on transparency, compliance, and strategic resource management, Tiesha helps maximize every donation and organizational asset to support the mission of Give Me Shelter California. Dina Wolf

Community Outreach & Prayer Warrior

Dina Wolf brings a joyful commitment to compassion, faith, and community service. As Community Outreach/Prayer Warrior, she plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission by inspiring hope, encouraging others through prayer, and helping strengthen connections within the community.

 A loving junior high school bilingual teacher, Dina is known for her jubilance, kindness, passion, and caring spirit dedicated to advancing our mission. Dina works alongside her heart for service, faith-driven leadership, and commitment to helping others make a lasting impact while furthering the organization’s vision of dignity, hope, and transformation.

Lodeans Jones

Chief Community Organizer 

Lodeana Jones is a compassionate leader, community advocate, and dedicated volunteer committed to restoring dignity and creating meaningful change for individuals and families in need. Guided by strong faith, family values, and a belief that kindness has the power to transform lives, LoDeana has devoted herself to uplifting underserved communities and ensuring others feel seen, supported, and valued.

 

With over 14 years of entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a professional cleaning service and more than seven years of nonprofit involvement, LoDeana brings valuable organizational skills, leadership, and firsthand experience addressing community needs. Her work includes supporting outreach efforts, hospitality initiatives, and direct engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness.

 

Raised with strong values and a deep understanding of the importance of family and community support, LoDeana is passionate about advocacy, mental health awareness, and creating safer environments for vulnerable populations, especially children and families.

 

Through her compassion, dedication, and willingness to serve wherever there is a need, Lodeana supports Give Me Shelter California’s mission of restoring dignity, providing essential support, and creating pathways toward hope, stability, and independence.

 

 

 

 

Omar Anderson

Community Health & Wellness Specialist

Omar  brings a unique combination of communications, public health experience, emergency medical training, and a passion for serving vulnerable communities. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and Pace University in New York, Omar has built a strong foundation in community engagement and public service.

With over a decade of experience working in public health initiatives through the New York City Department of Health and as a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Omar brings valuable knowledge in health education, outreach, emergency response, and connecting individuals with essential resources.

Omar has also dedicated years volunteering with homeless service organizations, providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Through his commitment to wellness, dignity, and community care, Omar helps advance Give Me Shelter California’s mission of creating pathways toward hope, stability, and independence.

 

In addition to his professional background, Omar has dedicated numerous years volunteering with homeless service organizations, providing outreach, support, and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. His commitment to community service reflects his passion for restoring dignity, promoting wellness, and helping individuals overcome barriers to stability.

 

Demetric Woodard

Director of Youth Development & Community Engagement

Demetric Woodard brings a passion for youth empowerment, community service, athletics, and creating opportunities for the next generation. A dedicated family man and proud father of three, Demetric’s love for his children and commitment to strong family values inspire his desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Demetric developed a strong passion for football at an early age, combining athletic dedication with academic excellence throughout high school. His achievements earned him a football scholarship opportunity to Arizona State University. While he valued the opportunity to continue his athletic career, Demetric recognized his greater passion for building a family, serving his community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

He also had the privilege of playing football through Snoop Dogg’s Little League program, an experience that helped shape his discipline, teamwork, leadership, and commitment to inspiring young athletes.

Through his leadership and commitment Demetric’s intends to use his experiences in sports, education, family, and community service to inspire and mentor youth, encourage personal growth, and create meaningful pathways for success.
